We now deliver on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays  from 1-2pm or 4-5pm (If another time is desired, please indicate in the notes section at checkout and we will contact you directly to schedule).

Pick up is available at New Living (6111 Kirby, Houston, TX 77005) on Wednesdays and Fridays between 2-6pm.

Cut-off times for Delivery or Pick Up Options:
Monday delivery: Please place order by Friday at midnight.  
Wednesday delivery: Please place order by Monday at midnight.
Friday delivery: Please place order by Wednesday at midnight.

What is the minimum order? 
The minimum home delivery order is $50.

Do you have a delivery charge?
Yes, for delivery to your home, the charge is $20 for the zip codes listed above and within 10 miles of our kitchen. For rates further than 10 miles and on weekends:
 
We partner with Hot Shot delivery service and their rates are broken down as follows:

0-10 miles = $20.00
11-15 miles = $30.00
16-20 miles = $45.00
21-25 miles = $60.00
26-30 miles = $70.00
31-35 miles = $80.00
36- 40 miles = $85.00
 
For afterhours and weekends, please add $25.
 
Do I need to be home to accept delivery?
No, we can provide an Insulated Bag and cold ice blocks, if requested. Food must be refrigerated within two (2) hours if left in an Insulated Bag. Insulated Bags are not a substitute for refrigeration. Our drivers will pick-up old Insulated Bags with each new delivery. Client accepts responsibility to place old Insulated Bags outside for pick-up. We will charge you $18.00 for each Insulated Bag we leave. Upon their return, we will credit your account. You are welcome to leave your own Insulated Bag if you like. Green Plate Kids requires the appropriate keys and or entry codes (kept confidential) and will follow any reasonable instructions such as leaving your order in a garage. We are not responsible for any order once it is delivered.
 
Can you deliver to my child’s school?
Right now we are delivering on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays, so that will not work for school delivery. However, we will be marketing directly to schools to provide their lunches. If you have a school who may be interested, please let us know!
 
Please keep in mind that food is perishable and must be refrigerated within 2 hours after delivery.

Special Orders and Catering:
For special orders or catering to be delivered on days other than Monday, Wednesday or Friday, we have minimum order of $75.  Please email us at info@greenplatekids.com to let us customize your special order.  Please allow at least 3 business days lead time.
